Suggested Use: Shaolin monks use this warming medicated herbal paste to help the soothe joint and muscle pain and inflammation, especially associated with arthritis.

Directions: Remove backing and apply the patch to the skin directly above the affected area. Trim excess hair if necessary to improve adhesion. Patch may be left in place for up to 24hrs as needed. Remove if irritation develops and before washing.
